About The Breathwork Way:

The Breathwork Way is a project started by Fabio Cancogni after the global challenges of the covid pandemic. Initially created to support individuals struggling with the distress of our hectic lifestyles, it aims to empower them to discover the most powerful tool they always carry: the breath.

Since then, Fabio started a journey of learning and exploration, diving into various modalities of breath techniques that aim to support clients of every walk of life.
As a trauma-informed breath coach specializing in somatic practices, nervous system regulation, sound journeys and expanded states of consciousness. He is also a student of aquatic bodywork, continuously expanding his skillset.

His mission is to make breathwork SAFE and accessible, bridging the gap between the spiritual and material worlds, and bringing people together to form like-minded genuine connections within communities.
